USA Order Information

To order CDs from our website, simply click on the "add to order" button next to the listing for each CD you wish to order. This will place that CD into your shopping cart. You may view the contents of your shopping cart, add CDs or delete CDs at any time before you "check out". Once you have decided to check out, you will be asked to provide your shipping address, credit card information and shipping preference before submitting your order to Walking Frog Records.

You may phone in your order during regular office hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30, Monday through Friday. Central Time Zone. Be prepared to provide us with the product number, title and quantity for your order. Call 877-673-8397.

Provide us with the product number, title, quantity for your order and include your complete shipping address and shipping method preference. Mail orders to: Walking Frog Records, P.O. Box 680, Oskaloosa, Iowa 52577.

Prepare your order as a mail order then fax to us. You may fax your order toll free from the United States and Canada. Fax service is available at all times. Toll free fax number: 888-673-4718.

All orders must be prepaid by check/money order or by credit card;. VISA, American Express, Discover Card or Mastercard accepted. Because Walking Frog Records are distributed by C.L. Barnhouse Company, the vendor name that you will see on your credit card statement will be Barnhouse. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders.

When we'll ship: All orders will be shipped the same day as received if placed by 3:00 PM (Central Time Zone). Orders after this time may have to be shipped on the following day.

All CDs that can be filled on your order will be shipped immediately. CDs that are temporarily out of stock are backordered and shipped when available. Your credit card is not charged unless the item has been shipped. Walking Frog Records pays the shipping on any backordered items.

How we'll ship: Standard shipping for all orders for one or two CDs will be by US First Class Mail. For orders of 3 or more CDs standard shipping will be by United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service. Delivery in most cases will be within 2 to 4 business days. Express next day shipping is available for any order by selecting this option on the order form.
